Red Breasted Sapsucker I was hoping this was a Pileated woodpecker because I have seen them before but never photographed one.

Claira Feet Up Through Puddle If Nara does it, Claira has to at least try to do it. Claira has trouble getting the speed up on her kick bike so she had to find a smaller puddle. She is doing really well with her bike though!

Chestnut Backed Chickadee These were smaller than the usual Chickadee's I see.

Male Wood Duck In Reflected Water The light is reflecting off the trees deeper into the scene and providing colour on the water.

Marsh Cinquefoil The big leaves belong to a different plant - I've identified the species of the flowers as Marsh Cinquefoil. It has rather narrow leaves.

Irises By Beaver Lake More of what you are seeing here is invasive. The Yellow Iris's (Yellow Flag Iris) block out cattails that should be growing here. Most of the lilies you see are fragrant water lily - again invasive. The native lilies are yellow.
