Harbour Seal Mom And Pup I believe this is a Mom and pup because the size difference is too large to be a male and female.

Pigeon Guillemot In Flight I really like the penguin dress code. There were a number flying around Race Rocks, some standing on shore.

Stellar Sealions On Rocks The guide thought she saw a California Sealion in the crowd, but looking back through the pictures, I wasn't able to see it.

Sea Otter Mouth Open The naturalist on board said this is a lonely male - no females visit here. It's a great spot - lots of kelp forest.

Sea Otter Resting In Kelp I don't know what this guy was doing - he just stayed on the surface. Perhaps he was resting.

Rhinoceros Auklet Swimming Together We weren't very close to these birds as the boat motored by - I couldn't tell for sure what they were until I saw them on the computer.

Humpback Diving We did get closer than this, but I had a kid rather than a camera as the focus of my attention.

Goose Tongue Growing In Rocks This plant had thick leaves like you would expect on a cactus. I can't imagine how hot and dry it would be in the rocks all summer long without rain.
