Lake Kamloops Panorama The irrigated pasture is quite different from the surround brown grass.

Salt Lake Panorama This is just west of Kamloops. I love the bright red plants growing around the lake - I would have liked to go down and take a closer look, but there was a fence between here and there.

Sagebrush At Lac Du Bois Sagebrush is very common at Lac Du Bois, but this particular bush was photogenic with the light just starting to fall on the ridge. This image is two images seamed together (foreground focus and background focus).

Sea Of Light Grass I believe this is Hordeum jubatum - Foxtail Barley. It's lighter colour made it stand out compared to the rest of the valley.

Sean at Dairy Queen

We met up at the Jer's house and then met at Dairy Queen - we arrived 7 minuets
apprart - not bad for heavy traffic and a three hour drive. Dairy Queen consumed, we hit the
road going north to Lac Le Jeune.

Immature Cherry-faced Meadowhawk This is the first time I've seen a difference between mature and immature dragonflies. The Immature ones are orange, mature are red.

Cabbage Whites Mating On Seed Head Not moths - their antenna aren't feathery. This is a male and female mating. Cabbage White's are an invasive (and very plentiful) species.
