You can see the body is fully of ice - I'm not sure if that means this is fresh fish or frozen, but if it was frozen they would probably be using the band saw.
Crusted Salt On Salmon
This is after the Salmon has come out - the salt on the bottom is stained brown (I'm guessing the fish leaked fluid), but a hard (and very hot) layer has formed around the fish.
Some Salmon Some Scallops
They had quite a nice digital scale they were using to measure both the weight of the fish and the number of scallops in a bag.
Tako (Octopus) Balls
In the main walk way (Omoté Sando St.) a few vendors set up selling regional food. There is charcoal in the center keeping the fish warm.
