Eight Spotted Skimmer On Hand Rail
These are probably the most common dragonfly the day we were there. Lots of Damselflies too.

Hawaian Garden Spider

For 1/15th of a second in the wind, I'm surprised their is anything sharp at all.

Apparently it is an introduced species.

Cabbage White Feeding On Flower
I'm still learning to take photos of butterflies - I always figured these white things were moths but I was wrong. These two were very active (chasing each other it seemed) and were very particular about which flowers they fed on.

Anise Swallowtail On Dandelion
These butterflies were pretty common - we probably saw 6 durring our walk. This was the only one that stayed still long enough to take it's photo.
