I always figured these were salmonberries but I looked them up and I was wrong - it's actually thimbleberry.

Devils Club
Devils Club is generally an unhappy plant (lots of spikes, gets intertwined with it's neighbors). I was surprised to see fruit, but not surprised to find it's not particularly edible. I do like the species name - "horridus" - it gives you a sense of what people think of it.

Blueberries
The vaccinium family is quite big on this coast, but this was the first time I've seen the larger Blue Berry plant.

Sea Asparagus
This is one of my favorite plants because it's super easy to identify and you can eat it! I've seen it for sale on Granville Island and it certainly isn't cheap.

Round-Leaved Sundew
(Drosera rotundifolia). These things are tiny - you don't realize you are standing on half a dozen of them until you lean over to inspect the moss. They are beautiful with the shiny balls of sap.
