Margaret Falls
There is a cave behind the waterfall at the bottom level. The rock is unbelievably slippery, but we watched a man walk out and climb into the cave. I really hoped I wouldn't have to pull his body to shore.
Log Down At Waterfall
This whole setup was tricky. I was smart enough to bracket exposures because the exposure is very wide. I did have the camera on a tripod but there was water coming down onto the lens so I didn't want to spend a lot of time here. I bracketed by time (which let me pick the amount of waterfall veil, but I didn't get to pick the depth of field. I wish I had more.
The graffiti on the walls wasn't appreciated.
Upper Pool With Banyan Wall
We picked the upper pool because the lower pool had lots of people there when we arrived. We didn't have to pool to ourselves for long, but it was nice while it lasted.
I believe that is a Banyan tree growing on the left wall.
Waterfall Pano
Taking photos here is a tricky - you are getting covered in spray so in seconds the lens is covered in little drops. The exposure range from water in full sunlight to kids in the dark of a cave is also tricky.
Murray Creek Falls
Sadly, kind of a boring photo. The better photo (which I didn't take) is from far away where you can see the waterfall with the dry surrounding hills.
