Pacific Wren
This is the first time I've managed to get a photo of this species. I've seen them before and they are willing to get close to people, but they just don't stop moving. Visually, this bird looks a lot like a Winter Wren. While Winter Wrens do occur in BC, they don't occur in the Lower Mainland. Tags: Stanley Park

Male Wood Duck Reflected
The light was quite contrasty. I got low to get a better angle. These ducks are really used to being fed - they came in close when the food came out, but never as close as the Mallards. Species: Aix sponsa (Wood Duck)

Claira Feet Up Through Puddle
If Nara does it, Claira has to at least try to do it. Claira has trouble getting the speed up on her kick bike so she had to find a smaller puddle. She is doing really well with her bike though! People: Claira
