Indian Takeout For Lunch

The Big Three BBQ Meats
The restaurant has an all you can eat option. You get plates full of brisket, pork ribs and sausage. Four people were able to mostly finish three plates this size. The quality of the meat changed each plate - sometimes we got the short ribs, sometimes the more presentation worthy ribs. Steamer With Baitfish
This was a very popular dish - ?????? lotus-wrapped rice in steamer. They weren't making fried rice/fried noodle dishes because they take too long and the restaurant was slammed. Traditional Southern Food
These food are very common in southern China. The closest dish is ?? roasted pork. The lighter tan dish is ???? fried squid balls - the kids quite like it. To the left is ????? sweet and sour ribs. This dish is often "knocked off" in western Chinese food (sweet and sour ...) but the pork is rarely to the same standard as you see in this dish. Johns Fancy Take Out Lunch
The sandwich is a Taiwanese model three toast breakfast sandwich (with a generous dollop of mayonnaise). Those are vegetarian dumplings with some spilled spicy sauce. That is a Dong Lai Cha (Hong Kong style milk tea) that I can only drink half of because the caffeine is so strong.
