Tent With Tarp Over Entrance
Sadly, we got about two hours of rain a day. That mean having a tarp over the entrance was handy.

Playing Bubbletown Oni Phone
Not that we needed it, but one of the nice parts about the Okanagan Lake camp site is that has a really good 3G service. Nothing like surfing the internet around the camp site.

Playing Cow On Field
This is one of the "Cheap Ass Games" and it plays pretty well by headlamp.

After Dinner Sunset
I didn't bring a really wide angle lens so it was hard to give a sense of this beach.

Step Three Simmer On Coals
This log was in the fire earlier and the coals were plenty hot. I had to rotate the pot from time to time to ensure even cooking.

Playing Cards At Table
See that Tent behind Karen? It's was at our first in 1992 on Princes Margaret Island, our previous Manning trip in 1997, Pender in 1999, Porpoise Bay in 2002, on a North Island car trip in 2004 and road trip to the Okanagon in 2005. I'm guessing it's the oldest, continuously used object in my photographic history.

Stylin' With The Sake Cup
Eric has this cool conical sake cup that you can't put down - it won't sit flat. In Japanese cultural, it's OK to offer to pour into someone's cup if they are holding it and the evening usually ends with bunch of glasses on the table with liquid in them so this glass (which you can't put down) is basically open loop.

Full Camp Panorama
You can see the bear proof food box on the far right. How many tents can you count? (I count 15).
This Panorama went as bad as they go. I didn't have the camera as wide as it went when I started, I didn't think of the composition when I started, the picture has a very wide exposure range (shadow to the sunlit glacier). This is 9 pictures with 3 additional layers of recoloured layers and it still fits very poorly in the aspect ratio.

Lakeside Tents At Night
We stayed up long enough to see the Milky way - it was worth the time.
