Nereocystis luetkeana (Bull Kelp)

Kelp (I think this is called bullhead kelp) washes up everywhere.  I was surprised
to see so much of it washed up in once place, but I'm sure there are lots
of storms.

These things are weird looking.I didnt know that kelp looked like this, and I beleive this is the roots of the plant. I beleive you should look this up on a book.
