Egretta intermedia (Intermediate Egret, Plumed Egret)

I finally found an Intermediate Egret! This bird has a shorter neck and a shorter bill.

With cropping (you see 56% of the image as shot), this lens is effectivly a 400mm lens on a 35mm camera
