Walking On We Log
It was raining hard enough that I didn't want to remove my camera from it's waterproof case. The housing in the frame is annoying, but a wet lens and body is by far worse. John Harvey Photo > Aristazabal Island > Aristazabal Island - Day 3, 4 > Walking On We Log

Mouth Of Blee Creek
I believe the mountain is called "North Needle". The creek is "Named after William Blee, a pioneer of the Cariboo, who made application on September 24, 1862 to H.P. Crease of New Westminster, for a position in New Westminster or at the Gas Works at Victoria." Tags: mountain

Top Of Alston Cove
There are a series of large "ponds". They are believed to be native built fish traps, where fish would be held in a falling tide. John Harvey Photo > Aristazabal Island > Aristazabal Island - Day 3, 4 > Top Of Alston Cove

Western Toad In Moss
My good friend Bufo boreas. I was walking in the forest when I saw him and I called Steve over to catch him. Turns out this toad isn't scared of people - it is toxic to eat so he put up with being posed on a near by patch of moss. Species: Bufo boreas (Western Toad)
