Fringed Grass-Of-Parnassus
Parnassia fimbriata to it's closer friends. There were few flowers growing this late, but these Saxifrage were one of the exceptions.

That purple mesh under the flower head is required to keep the flower head up - otherwise it would probably fall over. These flowers are kept with the same kind of detail people give to bonsai trees.
